To provide the core services of our app (generating and publishing labels and badges on your product catalog), we collect and process specific information from your Shopify store once you install the app:

• Shopify Store Data: Your store domain, email address, shop owner name, and country settings to manage your account and billing.
• Product Metadata: Product IDs, titles, collections, images, and prices to select and assign designed labels and badges.
• App Usage & Analytics: Statistics on label impressions, clicks, generated design configurations, and template usage inside the app dashboard.

We use the collected information to ensure stable app operations, process designs, and improve user experience:

• To render, inject, and display labels and badges on your Shopify storefront.
• To run the AI Generator functionality (analyzing your product descriptions to suggest styles).
• To manage subscriptions and process billing securely through Shopify API.
• To deliver system notifications, feature announcements, or alert you about account limits.

We prioritize data security by encrypting access tokens and transferring all data using secure protocols (HTTPS). We do not store your store's customer information or payment credentials. All billing flows are processed natively and securely by Shopify.

We retain your settings and label data as long as the app is installed. If you uninstall the app, your active labels will stop displaying on your store. Under Shopify GDPR guidelines, we automatically receive redact webhooks and delete all stored shop metadata within 48 hours after uninstallation.
